yet another terrible paint!

This one is disapointing. I was really hoping for a better job on this. Its a fancy body, I used 4 colors, I had better tools...

For the most part it turned out, but its one of those good from far, but far from good looks.

Dont mind the rear wing, I just have it attached with double sided tape right now. Those tabs are masked clear, then I'll use bolts to hold to body. I want to vent under the wing, I think this will help prevent blow overs at speed.

Anyway onto all the problems:

Yuck. I think I sprayed too soon after the yellow. The white paint seemed to make everything wet again.

Also, the garage was cold, no more than 55. Paint probably likes heat.

I was using the drywall tool on the dremel to make a rough cut. Then a grinding wheel to finalize the lines. Unfortunately the drywall tool can catch an edge and peel off suddenly.

These stripes and the bolts are grey.

This masked well enough but something other than black probably would have been better.
