Purchase Pro-Line or PROTOform products from January 1, 2009 - February 20, 2009 and receive a 10% cash back from the purchase price less sales tax. Unlimited rebate offers per customer.
TERMS:
Offer available to North America only. Rebate checks will be in U.S. dollars ($). All rebate information must be postmarked by February 20th, 2009. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
