Rarely do I create a Custom that isn't two or three-toned.
So to go along with that initial batch of solid Shimrin White '69 Chevelles I'm making up some of these two-toned combos.

Stripped and filed and sanded of all body imperfections.
Wheel wells and windows filed out and then sanded smooth.
These cars are shot HOK Shimrin White for a beautiful glossy white look.
Taillights are first hand trimmed in ChromeSilver and then filled in with Tamiya Transparent Red.
Decaled, detailed, and cleared with HOK Urethane Enamel and a healthy dose of Brilliant Gold Pearl Powder.

The colors on both roofs consists entirely of Pearl Powder and Reducer, That's it, no paint at all.
The pearlescent pastel colors allow Clear InkJet Decals to show brilliantly on top of them.

All Products Used Are Exclusively House Of Kolor, Of Course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am looking for a relatively cheap Kit. Can be of any scale.

I'm looking for an RC that has aftermarket parts that are easy to come by, and it doesn't break often.

I currently have a DF-02 Plasma Edge, and I'd say it is a very good buggy.

My budget for the kit is around 0-300US...

You know those little logos for the site you see up in the left side of the search bar? Like Yahoo, Facebook & Hulu to name a few. They appear in your favorites or bookmarks lists too. RC Car Action needs one of those little guys! I'm sick of seeing the little blank piece of paper graphic hangin' out with all the cool logos in my bookmarks bar.

Guys, the regional nat's went great and the oval track is also a great track to run run on. what do we need to do to start running 1/18th at the wood? I have run 1/18th at the barn with brushed motors, but it can't compare with brushless. We never seemed able to get a class started at the barn with brushless and the 18t due to durability. this motor combined with a ezrun 18amp brushless speed controller will reliably run the car without damaging the drivetrain and keeping up with a 13.5 1/10th scale.

I would like to propose a class for the wood. Simply put, below.

18th scale 18t or vendetta

4800 KV motor above,no higher than a 5400KV.

EZ run 18 amp speed controller.

Stock style and shaped chassis

Up to touring car rubber tires, no foam tires.

Up too a 5400 KV but feel the 4800 is more than suffice for speed and preservation of the car.

What are your oppinions? Glenns new track is pretty good and hopefully we can start a new class soon with a couple of people.

For GPS use 25 Southwoods Road, Syosset, NY 11791 - About 15 miles east of the NYC line.

Contest is in Stillwell Woods Park. Got to the back right corner of the parking lot and you will see an orange gate. Drive throught the gate. If the front parking lot is full and they try to turn you away ( Soccer fields) tell them you are going to the back field for the sailplane competition and will not be parking in the parking lot. (many people don't realize there is a flying field back there)

Figured there would be someone on here that could shed light on a problem I'm having with my WK truck. Truck acts like it is glitching. New batteries in TX, fresh charge in stick pack. Turn on radio then esc like I'm supposed to, steering servo twitches side to side slde and motor acts like it's trying to spin. It continues to do this twitching thing, then all of a sudden it revs to WOT for a second or two then backs off, and then about 5 seconds later, back to WOT again for 1-2 seconds again, and does this repeatedly.

I thought it might have been because two nights ago my 3-yearold and I were running it for some time and the last little bit we ran it we were running it hard. When it frst started this the motor was really hot to the touch. Last night with the motor cool it was doing the same thing. I checked it with the stock motor I took out of truck but it still does same thing. Could my esc have failed? I'm thinking I have a wire rubbed somewhere, but any ideas on what to check would be great. Thanks!

i have both street and dirt and i would really like to more on street dont get me wrong i think that dirt is awsome but so i street racing so how about some more articls on street racing thanks:driving:
